Hello, I’m Ashley. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2009, I am passionate about helping people live more wholehearted and authentic lives. My approach is holistic—focusing on the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit to create lasting wellness.
My belief in this connection is personal. My own journey with yoga and meditation began in 2006 as a way to navigate life’s stressors and find emotional balance. This experience is woven into my practice, supported by over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and a decade of teaching.
In our sessions, we will work together to build practical skills for navigating life’s challenges. My work is grounded in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), helping you strengthen your capacity for mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. I also draw from a range of other proven methods—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and person-centered approaches—to tailor therapy to your unique needs.
For me, the most rewarding part of this work is the connection we find through the therapeutic relationship. Sometimes, we all need a little help "cleaning the lens" through which we see ourselves.
